城市基本生态控制区的内涵、研究进展及展望

摘要:划定城市基本生态控制区是当前中国新型城镇化及生态文明建设的重要举措。在分析城市基本生态控制区概念及内涵的基础上，通过综述城市基本生态控制区的实践概况、划线方法、管控方法、实施绩效等方面的研究现状，提出城市基本生态控制线划定方法优化、适宜我国国情的保护性利用路径、实施机制、绩效评估是我国城市基本生态控制区未来的主要研究方向。
Abstract:Basic urban ecological control area is an important strategy for the new pattern urbanization and the ecological civilization construction of China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the history, concept and character of the basic urban ecological control area; secondly, it introduces the current research status of the basic urban ecological control area from four points: practices, methods of defining the boundary, methods of management and the implementation of performance; finally, it gives four key issues of future research in China based on the Chinese current research status, which are the optimization method of definition the boundary, the protective utilization path, the implementation mechanism and the assessment of the basic urban ecological control area.
