结合雨洪管理的城市设计探析

摘要:雨洪内涝灾害与城市中的水文空间系统息息相关，直接影响着城市的生态安全。如何以科学、生态的方法对城市水文空间系统进行规划及组织，从而防止雨洪灾害，是当代城市无法回避的共性问题。城市设计中应当充分考虑空间形态与雨洪管理之间的相互协同，遵从原有水文空间的分布规律，统筹处理水、土地、城市三者之间的关系。基于集约化的目标，从评价入手提出城市水文空间系统的保护原则，探析结合水文调控的城市设计策略。
Abstract:The urban hydrological spatial system is closely related to flood and waterlogging disaster, therefore affects the city's ecological security directly. How to plan and organize the urban hydrological spatial system with scientific and ecological methods is an unavoidable problem, so that we can prevent flood and waterlogging disaster. We should fully take different aspects into account, like coordination between spatial form and stormwater management, following the distribution law of the original hydrological space and how to deal with the relationship among water, land and city. This paper puts forward the principle of protection of urban hydrological space system and analysis of the urban design strategies combined with hydrological control in an intensive way.
